harbor views and modern comfort
quality towels equipped kitchen
i found the room very clean. it had excellent quality towels and toiletries. the kitchen was well-equipped with good quality items. the bus service into the city was very convenient. the ride took only seven minutes.
i found no water bottles in the room upon arrival.

the breakfast buffet is on the top floor and offers panoramic views. the food selection had a good variety (especially the fresh pastries). the coffee machines seemed a bit slow during peak hours.

the hotel is in a quiet location away from the city center. it has great views of the working harbor, though you cannot hear any noise. a bus stop is nearby, and it is a short ride to the central station.

staff members throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. the check-in process was efficient. i particularly appreciated the quick response to a minor room issue.

flashing colored lights relaxing atmosphere
the breakfast had a great spread it was just what i needed
the pool was such a disappointment the flashing colored lights did not create a relaxing atmosphere it felt more like a disco than a spa plants and subtle lighting would have been a significant improvement

misleading view subpar breakfast
The advertised harbor view was misleading. I had a side view at best! The receptionist offered a patronizing attitude when I inquired about it. She said they could not put all rooms online. the breakfast was subpar considering the price. Cups and bacon were often missing. I had to drink my cappuccino from a paper cup.
